Speak From Your Center is a four-hour in-person mini retreat for women practitioners, speakers, coaches, therapists, and leaders who want to express themselves with grounded presence, emotional integrity, and embodied confidence.

In this experience, you’ll learn how to share your lived stories without collapsing, trauma-dumping, or performing perfection. Instead, you’ll discover how to speak from a regulated nervous system, a rooted body, and a clear sense of self.

You’ll explore: • How to share personal experiences from an integrated place - not from the wound • The difference between human vulnerability and emotional oversharing • What your nervous system needs to feel safe, visible, and sovereign • How to reconnect with your body as you speak, teach, influence, or lead • Practices to cultivate authentic expression, presence, and resonance

Expect a combination of movement, somatic work, gentle embodiment, guided practice, and interactive reflection. You’ll walk away with a deeper trust in your voice, a powerful sense of grounded visibility, and the capacity to speak from the truth of who you are - without burning yourself out.
