The body is so wise.

This meditation is for anyone who has felt disconnected from their body, is in their head "all the time", struggles to trust their inner voice, or has lost connection with their body's cues.

Disconnection can show up as being "stuck" in your head and not knowing what’s happening in the body, bypassing or numbing feelings, and engaging in behaviors that we later regret.

Some things you might be experiencing:

I don't know what I am feeling

I can't read my own hunger cues

I don't know what I like and don't like

It's hard to tap into my intuition

I experience a lot of self-doubt and sometimes feel confused about what I am actually experiencing

I don't "trust" my body

I am angry at my body or feel like it has betrayed me

I often experience rumination or feeling like my head is spinning

I feel ambivalent or numb in my body

I censor myself - my movements and my words
